CHECKING IN/ENTERING THE SHOP
Our waiting area is currently closed. Call the shop to let us know that you've arrived for your appointment. Please wait in your car until you are instructed to come in.
Only clients with scheduled appointments are allowed in the shop. We are operating at a limited capacity and so we ask that you come alone to your appointment. If you are under 18, please come to your appointment with a parent/legal guardian and review our shop policies on tattooing minors HERE
Your temperature will be taken upon entering the shop and you will be required to wash your hands. We will have our normal disclosure and release form in addition to a COVID-19 screening form ready for you to fill out.
Face masks must be worn by all artists, employees and clients AT ALL TIMES - NO EXCEPTIONS! Your mask must fully cover your nose and mouth. We ask that you wear your own mask but in the event that you do not have one, please let us know when you call to check in and we will provide one for you.
If you or anyone you have been exposed to has tested positive for COVID-19, experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness within the last 14 days PLEASE call to reschedule your appointment.
We have always, and will always hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to sanitization and cleanliness. Given the pandemic, we have further increased our cleaning practices.
High-touch areas will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at least every hour using hospital-grade germicides.
We still accept cash and card payments alike but we encourage you to pay by card or other "contactless" methods of payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.)
These new protocols have been put in place to ensure a safe working environment. Compliance is MANDATORY for the health and wellness of our artists and clients. If you are unable to follow these rules for any reason, your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.
